1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using AI ClothChange, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
AI ClothChange is an AI clothes changer that creates a virtual try-on image from one person photo and one garment reference. Generated results are automated outputs and may contain inaccuracies. Review every result before using or sharing it.
3. Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of the images you submit. You grant us the limited permission needed to host, process, and return those images and generated results in order to operate the service. You represent that you have all rights, permissions, and consents required to upload the person and garment images, including permission from any identifiable person.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use AI ClothChange to create illegal, harmful, deceptive, harassing, sexually exploitative, or rights-infringing content. Do not use images of people without their consent, attempt to bypass safety controls, interfere with the service, or use automated means that exceed published limits.
5. Accounts, credits, and payments
Some features may require an account, credits, or a paid plan. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Prices, credit requirements, and plan terms shown at checkout form part of your purchase. Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, fees and used credits are non-refundable.
6. Intellectual property
AI ClothChange, its software, design, and branding are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied, modified, or reverse engineered except where applicable law permits. You are responsible for the rights and lawful use of your inputs and generated outputs.
7. Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a specific output, or that results will meet every purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these terms.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI ClothChange and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe these terms, applicable law, or service security has been violated. You may stop using the service at any time.
